Research Associate Cole Gainer provides a wide range of skilled support for Senior Associates including maintaining communications with members of a Federal Advisory Committee, recording and providing meeting and conference call minutes and notes, and arranging logistics for multi-party and caucus communications. Cole is also actively involved in developing strategies and approaches for helping groups work toward consensus. Cole also provides creative and organizational assistance for Triangle's environmental education programs and open house support for public involvement projects.
Prior to joining Triangle, Cole provided web and database materials for the Active Living Network, a national campaign to tackle childhood obesity by promoting healthier, more walkable communities and written research on a Green House Gas Emissions Inventory.
In his free time Cole is active in the local Seattle arts communities and enjoys traveling, cooking, graphic novels, and urban adventure.
