Vice President for Operations Denis Foster serves as Controller and Treasurer for Triangle, where his responsibilities include day-to-day management, finance and accounting, long-term planning, supervision of support staff, contract administration, and facilities management. For Triangle’s clients and subcontractors, Denis offers expertise in development and implementation of accounting procedures and financial reporting; preparation of budgets; negotiation and administration of contracts; and oversight and response to state and county audits. He also has extensive experience facilitating effective meetings for businesses and volunteer organizations.
Denis has more than 30 years of experience as a manager, administrator, and consultant in the military, private sector and volunteer organizations. He has had a wide range of experience in small company management, consultant services and accounting. Prior to joining Triangle, Denis worked as an independent accounting, financial and management consultant.
A life-long traveler, Denis collects books and ethnic artifacts.
