Our Team • Wendy Nelson
Prior to joining Triangle in 2009, Wendy Nelson earned a doctorate degree in Zoology from the University of California at Berkeley. Wendy has taught Gross Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Embryology, Natural History of Vertebrates, Research Methods and Design, and Comparative Anatomy and Embryology. Wendy was Department Chair of Cadaver Anatomy at Bastyr University and worked to provide science outreach to advanced high schools and private small college programs.
Wendy's work with Triangle is primarily teaching on environmental issues such as water conservation, watershed protection, renewable energy, and waste reduction to students in grades one through twelve.
