Triangle has extensive facilitation and mediation experience within many sectors, including:
- Natural Resource Management – from fisheries to forestry, water quality, water quantity and the Endangered Species Act.
- Native American Issues – including checkerboard land use and reserved water rights issues, government to government negotiations, and cross-cultural communications.

Triangle has a proven track record of successfully facilitating complex and politically charged public policy
issues.
The City selected Triangle Associates to convene the Northgate Stakeholders Group, design its process, and facilitate their meetings so the diverse interests represented could provide advice on specific issues to the City on an aggressive schedule. 
The EPA hired Triangle Associates to conduct a situation assessment with interested parties (states, industry, public utilities, environmental laboratories, and the environmental community) to determine if a collaborative process could be productive.
Triangle was selected to design and facilitate a collaborative, consensus-based, multi-agency process to develop a watershed management plan as provided for in state legislation, ESHB 2514.
