Triangle Associates is located in the Colman Building, a six-story brick building positioned on First Avenue between Columbia and Marion Streets, in downtown Seattle. Directly behind the Colman Building is a small alley called Post Avenue. Parking for the Colman Building is in the CPS Parking Garage on First Ave in between Columbia St. and Cherry St. There are also multiple parking options all around the building.
