We are known for innovative and responsive collaborative governance and providing problem-solving based education. Our two lines of business support communities and leaders of today and tomorrow.

  • Our Public Policy Practice provides facilitation and public Involvement services to help communities and leaders grapple with challenging natural resource and land-use decision making.
  • Our Education Practice helps schools and community groups address stewardship and sustainability.

In November of 1979, Alice Shorett launched Triangle Associates, as an environmental consulting firm providing mediation and public involvement services in the Pacific Northwest. Beginning in 1989 Triangle also began providing environmental education to students, K-12, and this continues to be a thriving part of our business. Over 35 years later, Triangle has become a nationally known and respected practice providing public policy and education services.
