Jacob Hibbeln joined the Triangle team in December 2020 and provides support for facilitation and public involvement projects. Jacob has a history of working with a wide variety of stakeholders in the natural resources policy arena. Before Triangle, Jacob worked for the Department of Natural Resources providing administrative assistance to two environmental policy committees.
Jacob is experienced in organizing large meetings (in person and remote) and in supporting technical and policy level committees. Jacob is a skilled communicator and has experience in writing for public audiences.
Jacob currently provides facilitation and public outreach assistance for public policy projects in the environmental sector. By providing outreach assistance, Jacob is helping to ensure well rounded community involvement in environmental justice efforts.
Jacob has bachelor’s degrees from Western Washington University in Political Science and History with an emphasis on Palestinian history.
