Triangle provided an organizational assessment of the Montana State Library to help them overcome barriers and identify improvements to the organization.

Triangle led an organizational assessment of the Montana State Library System. The work began with a thorough review of the leadership team, followed by a series of interviews of representative staff and Library Commissioners, using a process called “the Readiness Checker.” Triangle presented thematic findings to Library staff, and then a steering committee took these themes and used them as a guide to select targets for improvement within the organization. The organizational assessment gave the Library a platform to chart out changes to its operations to improve its performance.
