Community Engagement
We think of community engagement as a pathway to opening doors to those who have been long excluded from policy development – including Black, Indigenous, and people of color, low-income communities, people with disabilities, immigrants, refugees, youth, and others. Our community engagement approach is based on the following principles:

- Recognize power, privilege, and position
- Build relationships rather than extract information
- Recognize and overcome barriers to participation

Facilitation & Mediation
Since 1979, we have been committed to remaining neutral while expertly helping multiple interest groups find common ground on controversial and complex topics. Triangle serves as an impartial guide to groups that are experiencing uncertainty and anticipating change. And, Triangle implements workshops and presentations on open governance, mediation, facilitation, leadership, team development, and decision-making processes.
