Triangle works to improve the performance of organizations, agencies, and departments by focusing on leadership development, communication, team-building and change management. To leverage the strength of staff members, Triangle provides team-building workshops using a range of approaches (including the Lumina Learning, Strengthsfinder, Play to Your Strengths, and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator). Triangle also provides its clients with organizational assessments to help them make operational improvements.
