Triangle provided a three-day workshop for US Forest Service staff to help them develop fundamental facilitation skills for departmental and public meetings.

Triangle led an intensive 3-day training for US Forest Service (USFS) staff to provide them with facilitation skills for their use across federal land management agencies. Triangle trained USFS staff in how to conduct situation assessments, understand and apply key aspects of interest-based negotiation, and practice essential behaviors of effective facilitators. Through role-playing and lectures, Triangle coached USFS staff on how to facilitate both internal meetings and public meetings. This training provided USFS staff with the tools to manage interpersonal dynamics and guide groups to useful outcomes.
