Bridget Mullins

Senior Associate

Bridget Mullins joined Triangle Associates in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in facilitation, community engagement, and organizational development across eleven countries. She specializes in designing inclusive processes that foster collaboration and innovation among diverse groups, driving equitable and sustainable outcomes.

Bridget’s unique skillset includes a focus on civic imagination—the capacity of people and leaders in a place or at an institution to collectively envision healthy, equitable futures for everyone. She integrates creative facilitation methods into her work, drawing from her decade of experience as a Playback Theatre artist to enliven public engagement, community planning, and cross-sector collaboration.

Bridget’s experience includes working with groups historically excluded from decision-making, including immigrants, refugees, communities of color, low-income communities, migrant farmworkers, and people experiencing homelessness. At the core of her approach is the belief that how we do things matters just as much as what we do. She is deeply committed to organizational development, adaptive leadership, and training, helping individuals and teams develop the mindsets and skills necessary to create environments where trust, participation, and collaborative intelligence can thrive.

Bridget holds an M.A. in Conflict Transformation from Eastern Mennonite University and is a professionally certified coach through New Ventures West.

In her free time, Bridget loves gathering around a great meal, connecting with the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, and cracking open deep conversation with friends near and far.
