Facilitation & Public Involvement Get Together!

On October 24, the Facilitation and Public Involvement team of Triangles gathered in Tacoma for our annual retreat! After a very busy and productive year, much of it working remotely, it was nice to spend time with our colleagues in person.

Our DEI Cho-Chair, Sophie Glass, kicked the day off with a fun ice breaker, allowing us to get to know each other a bit more.

Director Annie Kilburg-Smith interviewed Co-President Betsy Daniels about Triangle’s history, growth, and future.

Our special guest for the day was Michael Kern of Michael Kern Consulting, who engaged us with a presentation and exercise over mediation and “Getting Upstream”.
