Bids & Proposals Associate II

Angela Sims joined the Triangle community in 2024 out of the Bellingham office. In her role as the Bids and Proposal Associate, Angela works to support the proposals process with a keen eye for detail, years of experience in responding to government requests, and a lifelong love of language. She is constantly looking for ways to improve process and opportunities for efficiency. Prior to joining Triangle, Angela worked for a telecommunications integration company, as a freelance editor for two children’s books, and as a community enrichment director and admissions coordinator in long-term care communities. Angela graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a B.A. in English Literature and is always looking to learn a new skill.  

Angela recently moved from Portland, Oregon to rural Washington and enjoys practicing permaculture and urban homesteading. In her free time, she likes playing outside with her dogs Gus and Poe, traveling to new places with her family, and exploring the shelves of her local bookstore.
